30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for any item purchased from Holvig.

Return Conditions

  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition with no visible wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
  • Assembly: If the product requires assembly, it must be returned unassembled.
  • Packaging: Please return the item with all original packaging, inserts, components, and accessories.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance/sale items marked as final sale are non-returnable. Gift cards and special orders are also final sale.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Additional shipping, Route protection, and upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Rights: Holvig reserves the right to refuse returns or apply restocking fees for items that do not meet return conditions.

Inspection and Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the merchandise within 72 hours.
  • Refund Processing: If your return meets the conditions, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, place a new order and initiate a return for the item you wish to return.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Deduction: Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping Labels: We will provide return shipping labels and instructions upon request.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you provide photos or a short video to verify the issue. In such cases, Holvig will cover the return shipping costs.

Color & Variation Disclaimer

Colors may slightly vary due to monitor differences, and natural materials may have slight variations in texture and grain. These are not considered defects.

Measurement Disclaimer

Please verify measurements before placing your order. Product dimensions are provided on each product page. Orders returned due to sizing issues may incur restocking fees.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Processing Timeline
