At Holvig, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, we're here to assist you.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn or unused.
  • With tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@holvig.com. After submitting your request, you will be provided with the return address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Send Back the Item: Follow the provided instructions to return the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@holvig.com if:

  • The item is defective.
  • The item is damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn or unused.
  • With tags.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
